Overview

Clint Stevenson's primary areas of practice consist of estate planning, conservatorships, guardianships, estate administration, trust administration, and family law.

Mr. Stevenson has served as a guardian ad litem/court investigator at the Ingham County Probate Court and would fill in as a Deputy Probate Register on occasions when the Court was short staffed. In this role Mr. Stevenson investigated many guardianships and conservatorships and would testify before Judge R. George Economy and Judge Richard J. Garcia on an almost weekly basis.

Mr. Stevenson received his Juris Doctor, and graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2021, as a member of the William Burnham Woods class. During his time in law school, Mr. Stevenson was on the Honor Roll and Deans List for every eligible semester, as well as being the recipient of a Certificate of Merit in Property Law. Mr. Stevenson was also a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity Percy J. Power Senate, and a member of the invitation only honor society Phi Delta Phi.

Prior to joining Gormley Law Offices, Mr. Stevenson worked at the Gallagher Law Firm, PLC in East Lansing, MI, where he represented the Ingham County Public Administrator with numerous probate matters. Mr. Stevenson also serves as guardian ad litem for the Livingston County Probate Court. In joining Gormley Law Offices, PLC, Mr. Stevenson intends to expand his areas of practice to include real estate and criminal law.

Growing up in Commerce Township, Mr. Stevenson is a Michigan native and a big fan of Michigan State football, basketball, and hockey. In his free time, Mr. Stevenson enjoys exercise, camping, spending time with his wife Sienna, and dog Kenobi, as well as his close friends and family.
