Ms. Constand earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree in 2014, at the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan in 1991. Ms. Constand began solo practice in 2014, initially focusing on family law. She expanded her practice to include adoption, probate administration, guardianship and conservatorship law as these areas naturally overlap with family law. Ms. Constand provides representation for family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, father's rights (paternity),adoption, probate administration, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as other family related issues. Always striving for excellence, Ms. Constand participates in several industry associations, including the Family Law Section of the State of Michigan Bar Association.
