Overview

Steven E. Hall has practiced law in Michigan since 1978, specializing in real estate law, including condominium and homeowner association law; business law; and estate planning and probate.

After receiving a BA, with distinction, in 1973 from the University of Michigan, Steve attended the Wayne State University Law School from which he received a JD, cum laude, in 1977. At Wayne he was invited to join the Law Review and served on the Law Review Board in 1976/1977. He received an LLM in taxation from Wayne’s law school in 1990.

Steve has lectured on real estate issues at Wayne State University; The Oakland County Bar Association; and the Western Wayne Oakland County Board of Realtors, teaching continuing education to real estate licensees. He has contributed articles to, and been a speaker for, the Michigan Chapter of CAI (Community Association Institute). He is a past President of the Oakland County Bar Association Real Estate Committee. He has served for more than 20 years on the advisory committee (formerly the advisory board) for The Salvation Army, Pontiac Corps.

In his personal time, Steve enjoys running, fishing, playing guitar in a garage band, and traveling with his wife Pam.
