He represents workers in disputes with employers, including claims of discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower claims, and violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act. Mr. Fagan also represents workers in negotiations regarding severance pay and benefits. He has earned a number of significant jury verdicts and seven-figure settlements on behalf of his clients. He has been selected as a "Michigan Super Lawyer" each year since 2007. He has also been selected for inclusion by his peers in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the field of Labor and Employment Law and as one of the "Area's Top Lawyers" by Crain's Detroit Business. He is the current Co-Chairperson of the Employment Discrimination Committee for the Michigan Association for Justice and also is a member of its Executive Board. He regularly lectures at seminars through the Michigan Association for Justice and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
