Hayden is an associate attorney at Akeel & Valentine, PLC, and focuses on advancing the firm's mission of prosecuting fraud and corruption by holding the insurance and pharmaceutical industries accountable for their anticompetitive and fraudulent conduct. Hayden also supports the firm’s litigation efforts in whistleblower and civil rights cases.
Before joining Akeel & Valentine, PLC, Hayden worked as a Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where he learned the ins and outs of federal appellate litigation in a wide range of legal subject areas and cemented his legal writing and research skills.
Hayden graduated with Honors from the George Washington University Law School. He was an articles editor of the George Washington International Law Review and received awards at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court for his oral and written advocacy skills. Hayden is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 Civil Litigators. Hayden was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and is an alumnus of the "Great Books" program at St. John's College.
