Meinerts Law Office, P.A., is a family law firm based in Burnsville, Minnesota, serving families throughout the South Metro. Attorney and founder Merlyn Meinerts enjoyed a career in broadcasting and politics before pursuing his law degree at the Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers list, and is rated BV Preeminent* through the Martindale-Hubbell peer-rating system. He is the first recipient of the Friend of the Court Award from the judges of the First Judicial District for his work in the creation and implementation of the Early Neutral Evaluation program in Dakota County. He has completed training in general mediation, family mediation, family arbitration and Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE).

Having practiced family law for more than 20 years, Mr. Meinerts has extensive experience guiding and offering legal support to parties considering divorce or legal separation.
