Taylor is the owner and managing partner at Steven H. Taylor graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2016 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2017. Ms. Rolf has extensive experience in the area of Assisted Reproductive Technology having provided in-depth assistance to hundreds of intended parents relating to parentage establishment proceedings, gestational carrier contracts, and medical insurance coverage analysis associated with third-party family building. Ms. Rolf also practices in other family law areas such as gestational carrier reviews, donor agreements, stepparent/second parent adoption.
In addition to guiding intended parents and surrogates alike as they embark on this complex journey, Taylor works closely with other professionals involved in third-party reproduction both within the U.S. as well as internationally. This allows Taylor to have a unique understanding and perspective as it relates to all aspects of assisted reproductive technology including legal, medical, psychological, and financial both domestically and internationally.
In her spare time when she is not assisting parents in their family building journey she can be found chasing her three young boys, Harrison, Hayden, and Hayes, around with her husband, Cory.
