Pat is a founding partner of Neaton & Puklich, P.L.L.P. Pat graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota where he served as Managing Editor of the law review. Pat has a diverse litigation practice primarily focusing on the areas of employment, business, construction and condemnation law. Since 1975 he has successfully tried numerous cases in United States District Court, Minnesota Courts and various arbitration forums throughout the United States. He has obtained millions of dollars for his clients by way of both verdicts and settlements. Pat has been named a Superlawyer every year since 2003 and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
