Angela jointed the firm in 1995 and became a Shareholder in 2000. She counsels and advises individuals on all types of estate planning strategies including wills, revocable trusts, minor, disclaimer and credit shelter trusts and gifting plans. She also assists clients with all aspects of the probate and trust administration process and guardianships and conservatorships.
Angela also counsels public and private employers on commercial and employment related matters, including employment agreements, discharges, severance agreements, discrimination claims, breach-of-contract claims, non-competition covenants, and employment policies.
In addition to the practice areas noted above, Angela advises non-profit organizations and other entities on aspects of corporate, employment and health care law while also serving as general counsel to a major professional association.
