Overview
Practicing since 1996, DeAnne Dulas has focused her practice in all areas of family law. Recognized as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law and Politics in her early years of practice, she has exceeded that expectation.
DeAnne’s practice encompasses resolution of family court issues through the use of cooperative resolution, litigation and high-conflict mechanisms. DeAnne understands that just as no two families are the same, each process needs to be unique to the individuals and circumstances involved. In addition, DeAnne believes that no one benefits by making the legal process more difficult than it needs to be to resolve the matters at issue.
Similarly, she believes that in those cases where a fair outcome cannot be reached cooperatively, her clients can feel confident in knowing that when litigation and high-conflict resolution is necessary, she will provide them with skillful advice to navigate the difficulties of that situation.
