Meet Our Attorneys

Nicholas Leverson practices criminal defense with a focus on DUI/DWI, assault and drug charges. Steven Budke practices criminal defense with a focus on expungement and restoring his clients' rights after a conviction. Both Mr. Leverson and Mr. Budke are members of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the First District Bar Association and the Dakota County Bar Association. Both also have been adjunct professors at William Mitchell College of Law, now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law, teaching Criminal Law, Evidence and Constitutional Criminal Procedure.
