Peter J. Timmons is of counsel with Sieben Edmunds Miller PLLC. He is an experienced lawyer in the areas of Criminal and DWI defense.

He is a former shareholder in the law firm of Moss & Barnett, where he began to develop his criminal and DWI practice. Peter also has broad experience in civil litigation and personal injury litigation – experience that can be vitally important in criminal and DWI defense cases.

Mr. Timmons has over 35 years of experience in representing numerous clients on felony, drug, DWI and traffic charges, along with related license revocation and automobile forfeiture cases. Peter has defended criminal, DWI, and forfeiture cases all over the State of Minnesota and is also an experienced appellate lawyer in DWI and license revocation appeals. In fact, Peter has been civilian defense counsel for a Marine in a general court-martial for a felony offense in the United States Marine Corps.

Beginning in 1998, Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine named Peter Timmons as one of the “Super Lawyers of Criminal Defense.” Since that time, Peter Timmons has been named a “Super Lawyer” repeatedly.
