Verified ClientHired Law firm 2021-2025I had a fantastic experience working with Lindsay Keller and her team! From start to finish, she was professional, strategic, and truly dedicated to achieving the best outcome. Her sharp negotiation skills, deep legal knowledge, and strong work ethic set her apart. But what really makes Lindsay exceptional is her genuine care for her clients, she goes above and beyond to provide support and guidance every step of the way. If you're looking for a excellent attorney who delivers results, I highly recommend Lindsay Keller and her team!

Verified ClientHired Law firm 2021-2023I have nothing but great thing’s to say about Keller Woods & Thompson. Paul went above and beyond in advocating for me to bring about a settlement that was more than I expected. Paul is very empathetic and wants only the best for his clients. I highly recommend having Paul help you to navigate , what can be a difficult journey after an injury accident.

Hired Law firm 2020-2025My (minor) daughter and I were in a car accident and worked with Woods and Thompson as our representatives to try to secure payments for the medical bills, etc. resulting from our injuries. This was the first time I have ever been involved in any kind of law suit and I didn’t know quite what to expect. Between us, we worked with Paul Thompson, Lindsay Keller and Andrew Sherwood at different points in the journey. Most of our interactions were with Paul, but I can confidently speak to the care, professionalism, responsiveness and integrity of them all. We never felt like a “case number”, but rather that we had a trusted and honest team that cared about us and worked for our best interests. We were successful in our cases and I am so grateful to Paul and his colleagues for all of the time, hard work, energy and wisdom of experience they put forth on our behalf. I hope I won’t ever need to walk through anything like this again, but if I do, I would absolutely reach out to Woods and Thompson. Highly recommend.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
