Overview

Ansis Viksnins focuses his practice on business litigation matters with a particular emphasis on employment, shareholder, intellectual property, franchise and complex business disputes. Many of these cases involve difficult and hotly litigated allegations against employees, officers, directors and shareholders of businesses.

He also advises clients on labor, employment, and other internal management issues.

Ansis represents clients from many different industries in all types of commercial disputes in the courts and before state and federal agencies.

He has extensive courtroom experience at both the trial court and appellate court levels.

Ansis regularly presents seminars for various professional groups and has written articles for human resources professionals, accountants and other attorneys on a variety of employment, labor, and risk management subjects.
