Overview
A successful investment strategy requires a thoughtful analysis of all of the details, a considered approach to managing risk and a willingness to try alternatives. Brett knows that, in investing and in law, the approach one takes is often times the key to success.
Brett represents buyers and sellers in the transfer of all types of real property including commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family residential, and hospitality. He also represents landlords and tenants in commercial lease arrangements. Brett works with lenders and borrowers in preparing and negotiating construction, permanent, and development loan documentation for all types of financing including securitized financing. In addition, he assists owners of real property with the development of commercial and residential real estate, including subdivision, entitlement, land use issues, and the formation of common interest communities.
Real estate transactions require an attorney, like Brett, who does his homework, evaluates all scenarios and has the flexibility, both in experience and attitude, to adapt to different personalities and circumstances. It's this focused approach that has helped Brett ensure his clients' interests are well protected.
