Overview
Dan Steinhagen has been a probate and elder law attorney for over 36 years. He has helped hundreds of clients with estate plans and estate administrations. When possible, he helps clients avoid probate entirely. In addition, Dan is recognized as one of the Minnesota's most experienced guardianship and conservatorship attorneys, having handled over 1000 cases. He is often called upon to present lectures and seminars to attorneys, guardians, conservators, and social workers. His probate and elder law experience includes:
- Drafting over 1000 Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives
- Assisting clients with over 600 estate adminstration proceedings
- Establishing over 1000 guardianships and conservatorships
- Counseling clients on avoiding probate and minimizing estate taxes
- Preparing Transfer of Death Deeds
