Overview
For George, life, and the practice of law, is not a spectator sport - a lesson he learned through playing recreational and team sports. George Serdar is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law, with honors. George has been involved in business litigation on a full-time basis since 1981. He has concentrated on representing business owners and companies in a wide variety of disputes including mergers and acquisitions, non-competition disputes, breakups of professional organization and small company shareholder disputes.
George emphasizes developing a strategy with his clients at the beginning of a dispute so that the entire process moves toward a reasonable business solution with effective cost management.
As a certified mediator, George also provides services to attorneys and law firms around the State for dispute resolution when the parties are voluntarily engaged in mediation or have been ordered to mediation by a Court. His mediation practice focuses on business disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation disputes between individuals and companies, and real estate development disputes.
