Harry Andrew Frankman is a Partner at Leland J. Frankman Law Office. Harry has focused his practice on representing landowners in eminent domain/condemnation cases and has experience with all aspects of this complex and specialized area of the law. Harry has served as Treasurer of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute (MEDI) and is the current Vice President and a board member of MEDI. Leland J. Frankman Law Offices has practiced in the area of eminent domain for over 40 years and has a solid winning record representing clients from the small homeowner to larger commercial clients. During law school, Harry was a prosecutor under the student practice rules and now defends some criminal cases. Harry sits on the board of non-profit organizations and has served on many political candidates' finance committees. Harry believes that getting along with people and providing attentive representation is crucial to any attorney-client relationship.
Harry graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, and is also admitted to the Florida Bar.
