Overview

As an investigator at Berens & Miller, P.A., Michael’s role is to gather the important evidence needed to establish liability (who is at fault) and damages (injuries). Michael will be assigned to your case immediately after your first call to Berens & Miller and his investigation into your accident and injuries will begin immediately after you sign the Retainer Agreement and other necessary documents.

Michael’s initial investigation will include obtaining all police and EMS reports, emergency room medical records, vehicle and title documentation, insurance information, scene photographs, vehicle damage photographs, and injury photographs. Michael will also handle all of the paperwork that you will need to obtain payment for your damages or totaled vehicle.

Michael brings more than 25 years of experience helping people injured in car accidents.

Michael grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, attended Cretin-Derham Hall, and later graduated from Pepperdine University.
