Overview

Jaime is a transactional and litigation attorney, representing franchisees nationwide. Her practice encompasses arbitration, litigation, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution; commercial contract drafting and negotiation; franchise disclosure document analysis; purchase and sale transactions; commercial lease review and negotiation; and general business counseling.

At Dady & Gardner, Jaime brings experience in commercial and construction law, along with deep relationships within the franchise community. Before joining Dady & Gardner, Jaime spent twelve years at a Connecticut commercial and construction law firm where she counseled clients from various industries. From 2016 to 2021, she was recognized as a Super Lawyers New England Rising Star.

Jaime is a published author, an active participant in the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, and a former Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Franchise, Distribution and Dealer Law Section.

Jaime earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, and her B.A. from Providence College. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
