John joined the firm as an associate in 2023 and became partner in 2026. John’s primary practice is litigation with a concentration in guardianship, conservatorship, trust, estate, and probate matters. He represents families, trustees, personal representatives, guardians, conservators, and professional fiduciaries in both contested and uncontested proceedings.
John regularly advises fiduciaries on their duties and responsibilities, assists with the establishment of guardianships and conservatorships, and advocates in court when disputes arise.
He is a member of the Minnesota Association of Guardianship and Conservatorship (MAGiC) where he serves on its Planning Committee and Journal Committee. John also serves as a board member and Secretary of the Board for Senior Community Services.
