Overview
John is an associate in the firm's Business Law, Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. John represents and advises private companies, business owners, investors and commercial lenders in a wide range of business transactions and corporate finance matters, including:

·Private placements of debt and equity securities
·Entity formation (including partnership agreements, member control or LLC operating agreements, and shareholder agreements)
John also assists business clients with general corporate and commercial law matters such as drafting and negotiation of manufacturing and supply agreements, consulting and sales representative agreements, management contracts and confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements.
John is involved in a variety of community organizations, including serving on the boards of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Association and the Twin Cities Men's Adult Baseball League.
John graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He received a bachelor of arts with high distinction from the University of Minnesota.
