Joe represents clients across the spectrum of complex financial disputes, including shareholder conflicts, business contracts, civil fraud, regulatory interpretation, and more. He approaches every matter with thoroughness, creativity, and a focus on understanding the facts that shape his clients’ goals. From there, he develops legal strategies aligned with the client’s objectives and resources, ensuring that any investment in litigation is guided by a clear cost-benefit analysis. He vigorously pursues the best outcomes for his clients while providing them candid assessment of both the strengths and weaknesses of their situation.

In the past Joe has worked on matters involving business valuation, co-owner disputes, supply agreements, securities and other types of fraud, pharmaceutical pricing, civil RICO and money laundering allegations, federal and state Medicaid regulations, the False Claims Act, termination of employment, catastrophic injury, estate disputes, and trade dress litigation. He has managed all phases of litigation from initial investigation through appeal.

Outside the office, Joe’s hobbies include distance running, strategy games, reading, disc golf, and spending time with his six children.
