Joseph Rossman is an attorney who has focused his practice on Creditors' Rights, Bankruptcy and Real Estate law.

Joseph has substantial experience recovering monies owed to creditors and resolving their debt collection issues utilizing both pre-judgment and post-judgment legal collections mechanisms. He also is well versed in the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and advising clients how to ensure internal compliance within their businesses. Prior to joining Greenstein Sellers, Joseph worked at a national law firm that specialized in representing lenders, servicers, and landlords in foreclosure(s), bankruptcies, evictions, replevins, eminent domain, and real property litigation. He has represented clients in quiet title, declaratory actions, proceedings subsequent, and eminent domain actions, ensuring their lien interests remain fully protected. He has also represented lenders in processing of actions to obtain possession of automobiles, manufactured housing, heavy equipment, and other collateral. His landlord-tenant practice has included representing clients on matters ranging from drafting leases to bringing eviction actions. Representation has included advocacy in both State and Federal court.

Away from the office, Joseph enjoys playing basketball and softball, watching his favorite professional sports teams, and spending time with his wife, two children and dog.
