Josh Hasko is a shareholder in Messerli & Kramer's Business Litigation Practice Group, where he represents individuals and companies in business and commercial disputes, including litigation of complex business torts and breach of contracts, creditor remedies, real estate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and Uniform Commercial Code matters. Josh has experience in both state and federal courts and has successfully argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Josh currently serves as the Chair of Messerli & Kramer's Marketing Committee and in 2011 was appointed to serve as a non-voting member on the firm's Board of Directors.
Josh has been recognized and selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers Rising Star 2004-2011.
