Overview

My current practice involves all areas of family law including: Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Spousal Maintenance, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Interstate and International Parental Kidnapping, Appeals, Wills and Trusts. My small business experience is very useful in cases where either party may be self-employed.I began practicing family law after owning a small business for 30 years. Combining family law and small business experience serves clients who may be seeking to preserve their ownership assets, or obtain child support or spousal maintenance from a self-employed business owner. My trial experience encompasses divorce, child support, child custody and parenting time (including pro-bono representation), division of assets, and harassment restraining orders.
