Overview
TJ Brink works with Messerli Kramer’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate groups where he counsels both corporate and individual clients in all types of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition and disposition, development, financing, leasing, risk management, strategic real estate counsel in corporate merger and acquisition transactions, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Over the course of his well-established career, TJ has experience working as lead counsel on hundreds of multi-million-dollar commercial real estate projects involving the development and construction of retail, hospitality, mixed use, restaurant and multi-family properties, and other large-scale commercial developments. TJ’s decades of experience working as in-house general counsel means he approaches his clients commercial real estate matters with the sensibility of a business executive. TJ’s clients appreciate his ability to provide practical insight and solutions to their complex real estate issues.
