Ignacio has also worked on extraordinary ability petitions and national interest waivers for many renowned individuals including musicians, actresses, singers, athletes, and engineers. Ignacio also has extensive experience representing individuals in removal and custody cases before the immigration courts, including asylum, cancellation, and all types of waivers.
Before working at Steven C. Thal, Ignacio worked for a few years in several non-profit organizations working with immigrants, including law clinics, The Advocates for Human Rights, and International Amnesty.
