In his commercial, creditor/debtor and bankruptcy litigation practice, David has prosecuted and defended actions for both individuals and corporations, ranging from enforcement of guaranties to preference actions to disputes over complex commercial transactions.
Following law school, David clerked for the Honorable Jonathan Lebedoff, United States Magistrate Judge, Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to his current practice, David has authored articles on manufacturers' duties to warn, the applicability of governmental an industry standards in products liability claims, insurance coverage for intellectual property claims, and bankruptcy issues relating to integrated agricultural producers.
