Mr. Schuler was born in Crosby, North Dakota on November 14, 1970. He served in the United States Coast Guard from 1990-1995. Mr. Schuler was admitted to The Mississippi Bar in 2002 following his graduation from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is a member of the Coahoma County Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar and the Mississippi Association for Justice. Mr. Schuler is licensed to practice before all Mississippi state and federal courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
Preparatory to entering private practice, Mr. Schuler served as the law clerk to Hon. Kosta N. Vlahos, Senior Judge, Second Circuit Court District for the State of Mississippi.
Mr. Schuler joined Merkel & Cocke in 2012. His primary practice area is personal injury law, with an emphasis on the representation of plaintiffs in medical negligence cases.
