Consulted Law firm 2019Contacted Mr. Reeves through Hyatt Legal Plans. After initial contact, Mr. Reeves indicated he would be checking in with Hyatt to confirm coverage. Several days passed and I did not get a call. I reached out again to get a status. I have yet to receive a call back from Mr. Reeves. I wasted over a week waiting on a promised call. Clearly Mr. Reeves doesn't have enough professionalism to simply follow through on a promised follow up call even after a reminder....so I certainly would not trust him to handle my legal matter.
