Hired Attorney 2023Birney did nothing to help case. Didn't càll witnesses didn't go to court about dcfs and foster parents hiding child and their refusal of gifts to child. Parent alienation and rights ignored. Told judge he didn't want to represent cause he didn't want mother to regain custody. Dropped mother. Very unprofessional corrupt. Incompetent. Beware.
