Overview
Caleb Hall moved to Mid-Missouri in 2016 to serve as a non-partisan analyst for the Missouri House of Representatives. Caleb later represented residential and small-energy consumers at Missouri’s Office of the Public Counsel, where he litigated rate cases and utility construction approval hearings, before transitioning to private practice. His work in private practice has led him to represent public and municipal utilities, healthcare institutions, homeowners’ associations, and various small businesses. No matter the client, Caleb’s work focuses on providing a zealous defense in premises liability and personal injury matters.
Outside of the office, Caleb is a member of several non-profits in Columbia, MO, including Impact Rotary and Impact Support Services. He also previously represented the City of Columbia on the St. Charles Transportation Development District Board and served on the City’s Tax Increment Financing Commission.
