Jason L. Call - Columbia, MO

Jason L. Call is a seasoned trial attorney with a wide range of first-hand jury trial experience. He has successfully represented clients involved in litigation throughout central Missouri. His love of science and medicine provides keen insight to help evaluate the injuries and damages in a case and to develop the best possible trial strategy. He also has a vast knowledge base from dealing with a multitude of legal claims and insurance issues over his more than 30 years in legal practice. Jason has a general trial and appellate practice focusing on insurance defense, insurance law, professional licensing, and business litigation. He has twice defended lawsuits that ended up in the top 20 defense verdicts in Missouri, as reported in Missouri Lawyers Weekly. One of those lawsuits, in which Jason served as co-counsel defending a medial malpractice birth injury claim seeking over $20 million in damages, ended up earning top recognition by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2015 as the Largest Defense Verdict in Missouri. In addition, Jason has represented numerous health care professionals before Missouri's professional boards and in the Administrative Hearing Commission, including defense of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, and licensed professional counselors.

Jason joined Rogers Ehrhardt in February 2025, after having spent more than a decade as the founder and co-owner of Call & Gentry Law Group, LLC, in Jefferson City, Missouri. Prior to that, Jason was a partner at Carson & Coil, P.C., where he worked from September 2000 to July 2013. Before joining Carson & Coil in September of 2000, he practiced with a well-known insurance defense firm in downtown St. Louis where he gained significant litigation and appellate practice experience. Outside of the law practice Jason enjoys spending time with his family, including visits to Missouri State where his son Kendall is attending college. He also enjoys hiking, biking, all things outdoors, working out and watching his favorite college and pro football teams. Jason is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Cole County Bar Association.
