Overview
With eight years of experience in defense and civil litigation, Bryan Cox brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Bryan practices in a variety of areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending professional negligence cases.
Before joining McDonald Law Group, P.A., Bryan worked at Norris, Keplinger, Hicks & Welder, where he defended professional and business clients in medical negligence, civil rights, construction, and trucking matters. Prior to private practice, he defended indigent clients as a public defender first at the trial level and later before the Kansas Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court.
Bryan earned his undergraduate degree in political science and economics from Kansas State University. He holds a juris doctorate from Washburn University, and an LLM from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
Bryan is a member of the Missouri, Kansas, and District of Columbia bars, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Kansas as well as the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
