Charlie Miller is an experienced litigation attorney with a demonstrated history of vigorously and ethically representing individuals in a broad range of disputes, including personal injury, wrongful death, product defects, electrocution injuries, automobile accidents, and environmental torts.

Miller graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in May 2009. Since graduating from law school, Miller's practice has focused exclusively on civil litigation. Miller's litigation experience is extensive and diverse. Miller spent a number of years working on claims involving the defense of medical professionals in medical negligence and wrongful death actions in Kansas and Missouri. Miller has also significant experience litigating claims on behalf long-term care facilities and their operators. In addition, Miller has handled the defense of dozens of claims involving catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death in the transportation industry. Miller has served as second-chair attorney in seven jury trials in his career and argued a cause before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Miller has handled hundreds of depositions, including depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts.
