Daniel Kennedy is a dedicated, experienced criminal defense attorney. As a former administrative hearing officer for the Missouri Department of Revenue, Mr. Kennedy has a unique understanding of the issues and laws surrounding DUI/DWI offenses. Mr. Kennedy exclusively handled DWI and license cases for the Department of Revenue prior to starting his own firm. He was also involved with training police officers in proper DUI/DWI investigation procedures. Since leaving the State, Mr. Kennedy has used his experience to help give his clients the best defense possible when facing a DWI or other criminal charges.
