Overview

Greg Holmquist practices in all aspects of the firm’s civil litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, he acquired substantial experience in litigating and negotiating business disputes, representation of municipal governments, and other areas of litigation.

In law school Mr. Holmquist was a member of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal where he served as the Executive Articles Editor. He also has interned in the chambers of bankruptcy judges in Kansas and Georgia. This experience is particularly valuable in navigating circumstances where civil litigation intersects with pending bankruptcy cases.

In the early days of his legal career, Mr. Holmquist also volunteered for Kansas Legal Services, assisting clients with a variety of matters from landlord-tenant issues to navigating bankruptcy filings.
