Kaitlin Hamilton - Kansas City, MO

Kaitlin Hamilton is a dedicated attorney who is passionate about giving a voice to those who need justice. Kaitlin knows she made the right decision in becoming an attorney because she knows that dealing with injuries and the legal system can be one of the most challenging times in a person’s life, and she wants to help make it as easy as possible for every one of her clients.

Originally from Pittsburg, Kansas, Kaitlin earned her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. Here, she was a Dean’s Fellow, which allowed her to mentor first-year law students. After her first year of law school, Kaitlin worked as a law clerk at DM Injury Law and is thrilled to now be serving as an attorney.

Suffering a serious injury can be incredibly overwhelming, which is why Kaitlin approaches every case with empathy and personalizes each client’s experience. She knows that the only way a case can be successful is by truly listening and understanding her clients and guiding them through the entire process. Kaitlin’s ultimate goal is to give her clients peace of mind throughout their legal battle and deliver them the justice and compensation they deserve.
