Matthew Robertson advises and assists clients in a variety of civil litigation matters and at all stages in the process from client intake to jury verdict. Matthew’s practice focuses on consumer financial services and consumer credit and background information issues. With an unwavering commitment to justice and fairness, Matthew leads his clients through their legal battles. Matthew enjoys navigating complex legal problems and brings that energy into each case he takes on, ensuring clients, no matter where they have come from, have a clear and effective path toward their legal goals.

Matthew’s diligence, creative approach, and ability to navigate complex legal issues produces effective solutions to complicated matters. Matthew ensures that everyone, regardless of their background and socio-economic status, has access to quality legal representation by being the attorney they deserve to succeed in their legal battles in the courts or in arbitration.

Matthew earned his law degree from Washburn University School of Law with Dean’s Honors and earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas. Matthew is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri and in the federal courts of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, the Western District of Wisconsin, and the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates.

Prior to law school Matt served in the U.S. Army, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. When not at the office, Matthew spends his time with his family and enjoys spending time outdoors.
