Overview
Attorney Michael DiPasquale, the Founding Partner at DM Injury Law, has always been passionate about fighting for the rights of the injured. He first began pursuing a career in law because he wanted to make a difference in the lives of those around him, which he does both in and out of the courtroom.
Michael was raised in Kansas and went on to attend school at the University of San Diego in California, where he played football for four years. Shortly after earning his bachelor’s degree, he returned to Kansas to earn his Juris Doctorate and began working as a lawyer defending insurance companies and large corporations. After working on this side of several cases, Michael quickly realized he wanted to put his legal experience to good use by defending the rights of the wrongfully injured.
Now known as Kansas City’s football personal injury lawyer, Michael focuses on providing injured individuals and families with the type of steadfast representation they both need and deserve. He fights for the rights of clients in a variety of serious situations, especially involving car accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, workplace injuries, slip and fall accidents, and wrongful death. Michael’s legal knowledge and trial experience make him an effective, aggressive representative, but it’s his personal, creative legal solutions that truly make his guidance and support invaluable.

Hired Attorney 2019-2022I had a car accident case where a driver was being chased by police in a stolen car while I was driving Uber. Has police report and them as witnesses to the events. Chiropractor was my main medical bill After about 2 years the attorney made a settlement and I was given $6000 in total but my medical bills were not paid like they were supposed to be This chiropractor bill is more than I even received. Now I can’t get the attorneys office to return calls And the chiropractor doesn’t get answered either. I don’t expect this guy to ever stand behind his clients so I say find another attorney

Hired Attorney 2019-2020Skye DeRosier 2 reviews a year ago Dealt with DiPasquale Moore on a simple open and shut case from a fender bender that was not my fault. First strike, my attorney did not send me a copy of my contract for six months! It also took me calling my attorney and asking for the contract several times before they sent it to me! Fast forward about 4 months into this my attorney and his paralegal would not call me back for over two months even with me repeatedly calling multiple times a day. Every time I would call the office the receptionists were extremely rude, almost as if I was inconveniencing them from their job. Instead of directing me to my attorneys voicemail, like I asked, they would send me to the paralegal or tell me that I can't speak to my attorney. I would have to argue with one specific receptionist many times to get her to direct me to my attorneys phone because she claimed he was always busy which wasn’t ever the case, she just couldn’t do her job!!!!! Next I was given a different attorney (not by choice) because apparently a whole stack of cases on my first attorney's desk had not been touched for months. Needless to say both the attorney and his paralegal were fired. New attorney was a little bit better and promised that he would be communicating with me so much that I would get sick of him. False. He did communicate a lot better than the last attorney, but not nearly as much as I would have liked and failed to frequently update me. Towards the end of my case I got a call from the paralegal stating something about my student loan had been paid out of my settlement and i had around $10 left over, I told him I've never had a student loan and didn't know what he was talking about, come to find out he called me about somebody elses case!!!!!!!! Finally, after a year of stress PART of my settlement was given to me, and the other part was delivered to me 1-2 weeks later. Do not go to this law firm if you want a good attorney, you will only be more stressed and have your case drug out. 8 Response from the owner 11 months ago I’m sorry you were unhappy with your experience at my law firm.
