Before co-founding Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers, Michael was a partner at one of the nation's largest law firms, where he represented Fortune 500 companies and other nationally recognized clients in significant legal disputes.

Throughout his career, he has secured numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including the largest jury verdict in United States history involving a prisoner secondhand smoking case, which ultimately led to a statewide ban on prisoner smoking. He also helped obtain what was then the second-largest settlement in Missouri history—a $56 million recovery.
Michael has argued cases before state, federal, and appellate courts across the country and has earned recognition from legal organizations for both his advocacy and his longstanding commitment to pro bono service.
