Lee Hardee has been practicing law for 30 years handling cases in Missouri, Kansas and state and federal courts across the country. Lee was formerly a partner at a large national law firm.

Lee was an International Affairs specialist at NASA before earning his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Lee has handled a wide variety of cases during his legal career, trying cases in state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas. Just prior to jury selection, Lee settled a products liability case for almost $4,000,000.00 dollars involving a Plaintiff who was severely injured by a packaging machine in South East Missouri.

Since joining the firm in October of 2019, Lee has settled cases with a value of over $1,400,000.00. Lee’s strong work ethic, desire to obtain the absolute best result for each and every client, excellent trial advocacy skills, and thirty years of litigation experience, makes him an invaluable addition to our team.

Lee has lived in Kansas City for 30 years and is a father of four. Two of Lee’s children are pursuing careers with a focus on autism: one is working towards her Ph.D. at the University of Nebraska – Omaha, and the other is pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. The other two children have embarked on successful careers, one as a lawyer in Kansas City and the other in the automotive industry.
