After serving four years in the U.S. Air Force where he held a Top Secret security clearance, Nicky attended the University of Arizona, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following a successful and diverse business career spanning the globe in areas including the Entertainment Industry, Architectural Design and Build, Mortgage Banking, and Real Estate development, Nicky finally decided to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney and went to law school. Nicky obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
