Christopher M. Boedefeld is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Boedefeld received his undergraduate degree from Lindenwood University with an English major and Political Science minor after attending Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law.
Mr. Boedefeld practices primarily in the areas of Family (i.e. divorce, modifications, name change, paternity, adoptions, administrative child support hearings), Criminal (felonies and misdemeanors), Traffic Law (i.e. DWI, DWS, DWR, speeding tickets, etc.), Guardianships, Wills, Powers of Attorneys and civil litigation (CANRB hearings). Mr. Boedefeld offers a free half hour initial consultation and is available for client consultations during evenings and weekends upon request. His hourly rates are very competitive and he offers a flat fee on most legal matters with payment plan options on a case-by-case basis. Mr. Boedefeld has represented parties all over the State of Missouri from Jackson County (Kansas City) to Greene County (Springfield) to the metropolitan St. Louis area and the surrounding counties.
Mr. Boedefeld grew up in Lake St. Louis in St. Charles County and spent his youth playing soccer, football and wrestling. Mr. Boedefeld currently resides in Wentzville with his wife, Stacy and their five children. He has three daughters (Lauren, Natalie, Lillian) two sons (Nicholas and Landon) and three grandchildren. Mr. Boedefeld enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, screen-play writing and spending time with his family in his spare time.
He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the St. Charles County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Boedefeld is a Missouri Notary Public. Mr. Boedefeld is an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity - Eta Kappa chapter.
