Adam Reynolds - St Louis, MO

Adam is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Truman State University and Washington University School of Law, where he also served on Law Review and received membership in the Order of the Coif. Adam joined O’Brien Law Firm in 2014 with the professional goal of seeking justice for clients whose personal health or loved ones’ lives have been needlessly endangered.

Utilizing his strong research and writing abilities, Adam helps to maximize client recoveries by responding to complex legal issues as part of the Firm’s motion practice in civil cases, by taking depositions, and by arguing motions in court. Adam has also helped spearhead the Firm’s growing workers’ compensation practice for occupational diseases due to toxic exposure in recent years, which has resulted in settlements and awards totaling millions of dollars in compensation. As part of this practice, Adam has handled numerous hearings in the Division of Workers’ Compensation and has written successful appellate briefs filed with the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Adam became interested in law after spending a summer in college working for a plaintiffs’ employment discrimination firm in Kansas City, MO. After his first year of law school, Adam wrote post-conviction motions and direct appeal briefs while conducting legal research projects for the Missouri State Public Defender’s Appellate Division in downtown St. Louis. With interests in history and travel, Adam now calls St. Louis home after growing up in Kansas City. Adam is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
