Anika Andersen Esq. - St. Louis, MO

Anika Andersen is a Junior Associate Attorney in the firm’s St. Louis, Missouri office. Anika brings an energetic and thoughtful approach to her practice, with early legal experience that has provided her with exposure to client advocacy, courtroom proceedings, legal research, and litigation. She understands that clients may come to the firm during uncertain times and strives to provide clear communication and attentive support throughout the legal process.

Anika earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri, with minors in Business and Theatre. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri.

While attending law school, Anika gained practical experience as an extern with the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office in St. Charles. In this role, she appeared on behalf of clients at hearings, conducted legal research, drafted legal memoranda, participated in client interviews, and observed court proceedings. She also developed her advocacy skills through mock trial and lawyering competitions at the University of Missouri School of Law.

Anika also completed a judicial internship with the St. Louis County Circuit Court, where she observed trials and other courtroom proceedings. Her experiences have reinforced the importance of preparation, listening carefully, and treating each client’s circumstances with the individual attention they deserve.
