Grant litigates cases including quiet title, reformation of instruments, adverse possession, easement rights and disputes, insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract, lease disputes, unlawful detainer, rent and possession, mechanic’s liens, lien priority disputes, fraud, negligence, trespass, ejectment, zoning and municipal matters, partition, declaratory judgment, breach of warranty, unjust enrichment, indemnity, slander of title, condemnation, eminent domain, abuse of process, injunctive relief, replevin, bankruptcy adversary actions, executions, garnishments, and suits on account. Grant also regularly represents commercial and residential landlords, commercial tenants, medium and small businesses, home buyers, and home sellers with leasing, purchasing, and selling both commercial and residential real property. Grant is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker, and a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors®. Grant has been with Hein Schneider & Bond P.C. since 2010. He previously practiced with a St. Louis law firm in the areas of civil litigation and real estate matters.
