At Grant, Miller & Smith, LLC, we provide family law, divorce, juvenile law, and criminal defense representation for our St. Louis (Clayton), Missouri, clients. Our law firm's legal team has 60 years of combined experience in family law matters, including divorce, child custody and adoptions. Our founding partner William Grant is a leader in the field of juvenile law. Our attorneys defend criminal clients in Missouri state and federal courts on a daily basis.
Meet our partners
William Grant devotes 100 percent of his practice to representing clients in family law, juvenile law and criminal defense litigation. With over 40 years of experience, his knowledge and skills work to the advantage of our law firm's clients.
Henry Miller represents clients in family law matters. He has extensive training in mediation and believes that not all divorces need to be court battles. For some of his clients, mediation offers a more collaborative approach to divorce. He also acts as a parent coordinator and often serves as the guardian ad litem in juvenile law matters, representing the best interests of the child. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers list since 2015.
Gregory Smith has an extensive legal and forensic background in criminal defense litigation. H is undergraduate degree in biology gives him a unique perspective in forensic matters. He received the Noble Eagle Award for the work he did helping to identify the Sept. 11, 2001, victims on United Airlines Flight 93 and American Airlines Flight 77.
