Don’t bring a knife to a gun fight. I’ve practiced law for more than 30 years and tried more than 100 jury trials. I’m not afraid to negotiate but don’t negotiate out of fear. My firm focuses on family law, including divorce, child custody, and paternity, criminal law from DWI to murder, and has a general practice, which covers probate, estate planning, personal injury, contracts, and business disputes.
